Aqua Levee Emergency Units

These are suitable for a wide range of deployments such as road openings, water diversion as well as water retention to mention some of the capabilities of the Aqua Levee.

We have 500 to 600 metres of units available for immediate deployment for either lease hire or purchase. We also have a team, although limited, to assist in the deployment operation if required.

FREE LOAN OFFER

1. IFDP Ltd & Aqua-Levee are willing to offer a limited number of Local Authorities in Flood risk areas up to 25 Aqua-Levee units for a trial period of 6 months. The only initial out-lay for a Local Authority would be delivery cost.
2. IFDP & Aqua-Levee requires that the units be kept and stored in a secure compound when not in use.
3. Responsibility must be accepted for loss or damage of any units in their possession and must be returned in their original condition after the loan period expires.
4. If the units are not deployed in the 6 months loan period and returned in their original condition to IFDP premises there will be no charge to the Local Authority for this period.

PROPOSAL FOR UNIT DEPLOYMENT

1. If in the loan period any Local Authority were to deploy the units at any particular site we propose a payment equivalent to the cost of a sandbag deployment.
2. When the units are deployed it is the individual authorities responsibility to ensure they are correctly deployed (training can be provided)
3. If deployed all units must be washed down prior to being stacked and stored.
