The images shown on this page of our website are just a few examples of Bespoke Floodgates installed to properties that have previously suffered from internal flooding; the gates have already been fully tested as flooding has occurred since their installation and now to the property owner’s relief;

We feel it is of great importance that when installed, the Floodgates look as much like residential gates as possible and not like:

• Seawall Defence Gates.
• Submarine Doors.

Residential Floodgates are all bespoke products which are manufactured with attention given to the overall design and appearance, ensuring that when installed they will blend in with the existing surroundings and complement your property, this we feel is illustrated in the examples shown.

As the Floodgates are bespoke they can be installed within an existing opening or alternatively as part of a new perimeter wall scheme they also have:

• A self closing mechanism so they cannot be left open by the postman, newspaper boy or any visitors that may call.
• They can also be locked permanently so when you are not in residence or away on holiday they cannot be left open.

When installed Residential Floodgates will provide complete protection to your property, garage, outbuildings as well as your garden.
