Often the first point of entry for rising floodwater is through air-vents. The impact on the house is enormous, as very quickly the void below the floorboards fills up with contaminated floodwater.

Easifit Ventguard is precision-made from heavy-duty stainless steel, and is reusable time and again. The patented design is simple and effective. Three different catches are available to fit most types of airbrick. The plate is backed by a special rubber sealing layer, tough enough to produce a seal, even on rough surfaces like pebbledash.

The SMART brick allows a FIT and FORGET solution to your flooding problems. As an affordable alternative to airbrick covers the SMART airbrick can be fitted easily to any property with a standard airbrick.

Once fitted, your SMART airbrick will act as a standard brick allowing the free flow of air. During flood conditions or windy weather the SMART brick will become activated preventing the flow of floodwater therefore stopping flooding under the property.

During heavy winds the brick will also become activated, stopping fast airflow beneath the property, assisting the retention of heat within your house and helping to save you money.

Post flood the airbrick will act as a standard airbrick and will be ready to protect the property over and over again, it does not require replacement.

FloodArk

Accompanying their Kite marked barrier range, FloodArk produce air-brick and vent covers. These operate on the same principal as their larger systems, with removeable covers attached to a permanent sub-frame.
